Science and Technology
I tried Win XP x64 for a week or so back in the day. I had modern, well performaning hardware. The amount of blue screens and applications not working was staggering. Used Vista x64 from the get go with a new machine, which was also very capable, no problems with drivers, performance or instability. Very different from Linus, it seems. :)
21:23 I heard "Branding gets triggered..." haha
Without 32bit support in Linux printers like the BROTHER HL-3150CDW will stop working as they need 32bit support unless you know of 64bit drivers for said laser printer.
Your app has a memory leak issue.
Just made this, as it looks just like Luke, isn't it uncanny? https://imgur.com/a0ycAXk
Solstice Day predictions. I have high hopes. Also, Windows is already 'sorta' free.
I swear. Ya'll need to run your Windows and HP Updates. For an IT organization, you should know that Updates are critical. :D
The first FPS test photos Linus shows is NOT him but Gavin. lol It's very apparent when he switches to an actual screen shot of him hahahha
I know Asus technically made it, but the Nexus 7 i bought back in 2013 is still great.
I've always been an amd bloke, nothing against intel and it's nice to finally see some competition between the 2
When I used XP 64 the Drivers for the hardware i used in my pc just was not around and also the HD audio drivers in windows was Effin broken. XP 64 was worst than Windows ME for me personally.
I actually had no issue with vista. My setup was absolutely beautiful with Vista, Dreamscene and Rocketdock
yoyoyoyo i have a question about Ryzen 9... im planning to buy the stuff for my new rig in amazon prime day, and im thinking about buying a ryzen 9 but the new B570 are kinda expensive for what i have seen in google… so idk if a Ryzen 9 gonna work fine in a B470 since its the same socket
what you guys think?
48:20 Does anyone notice the Subaru in the background noise?
chrome os has the advantage over windows that it's basically linux, but without all the hassle
Watching Luke's dreams get crushed broke my heart. Lol, he was big sad.

Camera's on a smartphone are "better" for people that don't do any post production.
Hey, Tesla, ever heard of eCanter and eActros: those were the first eTrucks.
400 intel fanboys disliked
Brandon might change the result.
Disney streaming service is complete annihilation from advanced alien invaders in that analogy.
There is no conflict between the two positions. One is about being a photographer and producing quality imagery, and one is about pictures and producing quality images. One is Emotional Content biased, the other Physical Quality biased. You can have a great image of shitty quality, or you can have shitty image of perfect quality. I.E. I can take the same picture with my iPhone and Sony DSLR and then take both images and have them printed at 24x30. The DSLR image will still be looking good, while the iPhone image will be 'grainy'.
If Intel is forced to cut prices now, wtf are they gonna do when AMD moves to 7nm+ and beyond?
Its not about the size it's about how you use it.
amazing camera in amature hands results in shit
dollar store point and shoot from the days of film makes godly photos in the hands of a pro.
its all about who is doing what.
That said, entry dslr shits on most point and shoots and every cellphone so hard that if you know you are going to take pictures, you may as well get one.
Cell Phones are just an 'always on hand camera' and should not be used professionally, and anyone who gets pissy about cell phone vs dslr can suck it, either you are taking a picture that will be scaled down to the point it doesn't matter what you use, or your photo doesn't matter anyway if you think a cellphone is good enough.
Youtube Live button issue. FYI; On most of your recent WAN SHOW streams you've been live for a few seconds look all like "it's gonna start any second", then you say "we're live". So I think the first click is working and the second click is refreshing the button. So assume that it's running after the first click, and click again to refresh.
One of my coworkers is such a "frothing at the mouth" Intel fanboy. Any time I try to bring up the Ryzen 3000 launch he repeats the same line about Intel having "discrete cache per core" which "makes it better than AMD". He won't even acknowledge that Ryzen 3000 *might* be a superior product. I think his brain may explode if the independent benchmarks look anything like AMD's own product teases...
XP x64 had stability issues.
Linus says only 300 people are watching cuz people aren't getting notifications, FIVE DAYS LATER and I just received the notification for this lmfao ! I was like "where's the live chat??"
Also I plan on getting either the 3800x ,3900x or 3950x when they launch, I will be a guinea pig on my ASRock fatal1ty x470 MOBO lol, I've already installed the newest BIOS for support
Damn Linus is morphing into Richard Dean Anderson, i kinda hear this music every time he talks about tech news, or building stuff https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKTNWI0eYJ4
Cloud gaming will kill Bethesda, they will go out of business without modders to make their games playable!
isn't just asrock announced the x570 creator with 2 tb3 ports? I thought its the time to move to amd really because of that
So I am so afraid to buy a hoodie now cause Colton may have been wearing it for the that shot.
4:35 Linus nipple slip. Ban the channel!!
Guys, I would not make such big fuss about this.
I am running Fedora 64bit since it came out, and I do use Steam (GTA5)
doing a "ps -f | grep steam" yields:
bash /home/bobx/.local/share/Steam/steam.sh
/home/bobx/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam
/bin/bash /home/bobx/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_64/steamwebhelper.sh
I reckon it will work the same way under Ubuntu 64bit. 32-bit (compatibility) libraries will sorta exist for a long time into the future.
Can we buy Linus photos on displate?
Linus' smug face after declaring RYzen's 1% down on Intell 9900K is just as perfect as Jeremy Clarkson's "bad-winner"-face!!! :D D!
Hi LTT, make some branded sandals and flipflops, I will buy it.
30:30 - Hey windows for arm has been out for ages. It was called Windows RT earlier.
watching 4 days late
o wow Germany, you should visit Eindhoven "The house of the future" and Rotterdam. Dell PowerEdge did tey ever use an AMD CPU ? think never

Genuinely set a reminder for Linus' predictions

Luke in a great mood for once 😂
I Ame Like Linus Guess That is why I have never been Impressed with 120Hz Or 240Hz.. I am Totally good with 60 Hz.. Love it and prefer it!!!! It's what I am Used too. That is why I love my 32" 4K 60 FPS Monitor Experience.. Just fucking love it!!!!
~32:00 unnamed company. Linus: "is it the C word?". Cloudflare?
T-shirt magic :O 4:30
Correct me if I'm wrong, but there are some X570 boards with Thunderbolt 3 support.
risk Linus RISK?
T.E.G. is where its at.
