I haven’t watched your videos in a while, this was something my friends and I were curious about, after hearing this I’ve gotten my interest back, not that your stuff wasn’t interesting, but I guess I stopped watching a ton of YouTube in general. So I’ll be watching more of your videos lol.

First video I’ve ever seen of yours. Very well spoken great example of how this world of crazy builds works.

Not disagreeing that you should keep the cars, but you need to look into the sunken cost fallacy, because economically you don't loose money because you sell the car, you've already lost that money today and you're never getting it back. In fact the longer you keep the car, unless you are able to continue earning more money from it than it costs you to maintain it (parking space, taxes, insurance, maintenance, potential alternative opportunity losses from assets tied up by this car etc), you are continuing to loose more money long term (which is absolutely your prerogative to choose to do). If you sell the car today you stop those potential losses, as well as potential future gains from new videos, and you walk away with some amount of cash which you can then spend or reinvest in other opportunities.

Not arguing with the choice of keeping them, I would do the same, but your reasoning and understanding of finances is flawed, and promoting false & flawed financial literacy like this is potentially hurting viewers who don't understand business and finance (also, you should take a finance / economics /business class too, you'll be better off for it)...

Thank you for the break down, tall guy car reviews would never break this down when asked because for him it's not about giving up the game so others can do the same thing, he doesn't want any competition.

People get salty and what not. You made money off the car and videos, but you also had to put a lot of time, and effort. Also risk depreciation and failure, etc. 24, and doing what you like, driving cars you love. congrats man.

As a content creator, if you’re not talking tax incentives, write-offs and depreciation, I’m not sure your having the right discussion. Consider hiring a tax advisor guy. Been a fan of your content since your BMX days. Keep up the hustle Adam.

I remember how you were between an E46 M3 and a 335 back in the day. Maybe one of these days you could do a build on one of those. The S54 is a great platform for mods. It isn't cheap but you've got some convenient sponsors for the car. Great video because a lot of people don't really understand the system. Hopefully YouTube keeps supporting you because everyday their policy becomes more strict for you. You've come a long way so keep it up!

The sad thing is that there are some really good car content vloggers who get dismal viewings by comparison because they don't change cars just for the fun of it. Seen through Glass being one very good case in point. He has just completed a round the world drive making exquisite films at every stop. Yet he gets one tenth of what you get. A good comparison would be The Stradman who is clearly making a ton of money. He does very little with his cars, goes almost nowhere and keeps buying cars. I like him and his films but my point is made. I have never watched you before matey but this popped up so I watched it.

15 minutes in adam speaks about power levels and chassi. I wish more people would get this!

This will sound stupid but here it goes: I used to have a "straight piped"(pretty much what was left of the cat and the header) peugeot 206 with the 1.1 litre engine. I bought some light rims and decent cheap sticky tires and drove it for a couple of months.
It's the most fun car i've ever driven to this point. becuse some *ehrm* "fueling issues" it spat flames like crazy during shifts. didn't matter how i drove it it consumed two liters per 10 km.

But god was it fun! The chassie felt rigid, the suspension was pretty stiff and tires griped really well. those cars are geard for city driving so 3500 rpm at 110KM/h so almost 70 mph.

But you could rev that thing to redline through first and second gear and still be under the speedlimit around where i live :D

tight and twisty roads were a blast(i had the 3 door so the chassie was stiffer than the 5 door ones)

Really miss that car, so much fun for cheap. It handled well, it sounded like tractor at low rpm and a rally car on high rpm with all the popps on throttle release, nad gripped really well in corners.

I dont miss my higher horsepower cars i've had as much as i did that little 50 horsepower one.

I think YouTube is dumb to pay people because since YouTube has been incepted I have watched countless videos and never purchased a single item off of the ads. I tried to skip them when possible. Once YouTube releases their new terms of service I think of lot of content creators will move over to bitchute.

                                                                                      Interesting video. Seen these before.

I hope these people do understand that they are selling such a full of shit point to their fans - they are buying assets to themselves and then get these assets plus all the expenditure on these assets paid out by the revenue made from the video. To call money spent on videos "expenditure" is load of horse shit - it all goes towards accumulating assets to YOURSELF and then some. Of course, he has had to build up this channel from the ground so all the kudos to him but making it look like there is a potential risk at spending on making these videos at this point is just a sad shitty joke. Like he says himself - he now can predict the probable profit made from expenditure and he won't make an expenditure with taking major risks. He is making money and is being smart about it - good for him.

Yeah, how sad it is that some cars you buy "for fun" which do not make you a short term positive ROI but in the long run will pay for themselves with all the added parts mighty fine. Oh, and then you still have the car, don't you? It does personally belong to you.

Live and milk this life to the fullest but do not try to make it look like it is still some hardcore hustle at this point. Trying to make this YT game look like you are running a plumbing business or a convenience store is just ridiculous. :D

Listening to you is eye opening, and lets me know that not only am I behind the power curve, I also would have rehashed videos. I only have two cars worth making videos, but with my main job it is hard to make videos that people would care to watch.
