I have the 2016 MacBook Pro 15” and I know exactly what you’re talking about... the keyboard, throttling, loose thunderbolts ports and system crashes are an absolute nightmare... after owning these MacBook I’m 10000% moving to a windows system when I next upgrade!

I'm also a long term user of Mac and I own 15" 2019 Macbook pro. This design since 2016 has a big amount of issues and I'm not trying to defend Apple at all. But I find your choices highly illogical.

If you could live with Hackintosh, which means you can live with desktop. and if you can live with desktop and you can cash out 6000$ for a machine, why on earth you keep getting notebooks ? For your professional workload and everyday usage, an 2019 iMac or an iMac pro would be such better value and they provide better reliability and performance.

That popping noise happens to my "used to be" Ipad Air Gold 32 GB back in around years ago, it sounds like electric shock, scary. :( Damn apple QC is failing indeed. GJ for the video, thx a bunch! NO CAP!!

my 2018 MBP 15 inch i7 hasn't had a problem like this but thanks to this video, I more aware will definitely be looking out for this. I personally don't like Apple devices until I had to learn iOS swift and objective - C which requires the use of xcode and a mac.

And thats why I never bought any apple products. One would think that after 10+ years of constant problems on any apple product, for those prices, the victums would have stopped buying them by now. Guess the koolaid is just that good 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Amazon doesn't have to pay for thier returns, the sellers do !!! Not a good comparison.

I'd get ahold of Cary Hozlman, fellow youtuber, and have him build you a serious work station (windows) Keep the mac for non critical work. 5 grand for a laptop, you'd could have bought a car with that.

What apps are a good way to cause these crashes? I have a 2018 MacBook Air and mini and haven’t had any issues. Though the hardest thing I do is batch Lightroom edits. I have a MacBook Pro 2019 and do some premiere work and haven’t noticed either. Wouldn’t mind seeing if I can get mine to show symptoms.

This is to be expected. The Apple fashion police have taken over from the package, hardware, and software engineers. What could possibly go wrong with cramming in a hot running CPU in an extremely thin case. I'm keeping my MacBook Pro 2010 and 2012 until I absolutely can't get parts for them any longer.

Why does Apple solder on ram and SSDs to their boards? The SSD is encrypted by the T2 chip and if the motherboard fails, you can't get back any of your data. You cannot take out the SSD and solder on another. This is insanity.

How do we solve this problem? Simply put, don't buy ANY Macs whatsoever and migrate over to Hackintosh. I have a feeling that when Apple goes to full arm architecture in 2021 or so unless there is a good Arm emulator, the Mac will be dead on Hackintosh. I expect by them I will be going to Debian or some other Linux operating system. There are now even BeOS clone operating systems being made and alternatives to be found.

Remember Apple...K-Mart made fun of Walmart when Walmart was in its infancy.

I will NO LONGER be an Apple sheeple.
